About Us

You talk to the people who write your code

For more than 20 years we've built software for large clients and small ones. We work directly with the people who own the product, and we stay close to the code. Some projects are a single, focused piece of development. Others are larger and span several teams, where we work alongside our clients' own developers and partners we've known for years.

We are based in Berlin and work with a small group of partners across Europe. No offshore chain, no layer in between.

What we do

Product Engineering

Backend and frontend as one piece of work, on the web and on mobile. We build the APIs, the data models, and the interfaces on top of them, from prototype to go-live: tested, packaged, documented.

Technology Consulting

Plenty of technologies look like a fit for a problem without being one. We help clients tell the difference before the decision gets expensive, and we pick architectures and tools for what the client actually needs rather than what's in fashion.

AI Tooling

When AI earns its place in a product, we make it work in production: integration, anonymization, evaluation, guardrails, and the plumbing around the models. We add it only where it makes the product better.

Voice AI

Voice agents that work on the phone, not just in the browser. Speech recognition, synthesis, and real-time transport, over WebRTC for web clients and SIP into the telephone network.

Agents

Agent harnesses and agent-to-agent communication: we design the architecture and set the constraints; the agents do the work inside them.

Digital Identity

Verifiable credentials, wallets, and the systems behind them. This is long-standing work for us, and the EU Digital Identity Wallet is about to make it mainstream.

Frag Magenta

Deutsche Telekom

Frag Magenta is Deutsche Telekom's digital assistant. Customers reach it in chat and by voice, and it handles service topics such as billing and line faults. It is available on the website, in the MeinMagenta app and on the service hotline. We have been part of the team building it for several years. Our recent work has been on the voice side, where we helped bring real-time speech into the assistant, and on moving older parts of the platform onto current technology. It is in production and customers use it every day.

Frag Magenta

Citizen Network

Deutsche Telekom T-Labs

Indoor mobile coverage is expensive to build and hard to guarantee. Citizen Network took a different route: use third-party Wi-Fi access points for mobile connectivity, and reward the people who share theirs. Phones authenticated against the SIM automatically, so nobody had to log in by hand. We built the platform around it: registration and roles for owners, users and administrators, a map of available access points, and a dashboard where owners could see how much data went through theirs. A network partner handled the access point hardware and the mobile network side. The project was a prototype.

Roaming settlement on blockchain

GSMA eBusiness Network

Wholesale roaming settlement between operators still runs on legacy clearing systems. Reconciliation is slow and disputes are common. Together with the GSMA and a group of operators, among them Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telefónica and Vodafone, we helped build an MVP that puts roaming agreements and settlement on a distributed ledger. It runs on Hyperledger Fabric, so every party works from the same record. We built the web interface operators use to negotiate and sign agreements, and we also worked on the development setup shared across the participating teams.

Agent-to-Agent, Secured by Digital Identity

An agent can prepare a deal or it can commit to one, and existing setups rarely separate the two. In our design the agent acts on a mandate from its own company, and where the mandate ends, a person with signing authority confirms the figures. Afterwards both sides can prove who acted, under whose authority, and who approved what. We have built and measured the core of it.

Built on: OpenID4VCI, OpenID4VP, SD-JWT VC and the Agent2Agent protocol, with eIDAS 2 followed as far as it reaches.
